This weekly 60-minute session weaves reiki, chakra balancing and guided meditation into a single grounding experience designed to help you begin your week rooted in yourself rather than pulled by everything around you. Through breathwork, intentional energy clearing and deep meditation you will learn to feel your own energy, release what accumulated over the weekend and reconnect to the highest version of yourself before the week takes hold. No experience necessary. Just come as you are.
