This immersive one-hour Chakra Sound Journey is more than a sound bath, it is a sacred experience designed to guide you inward, awaken your senses, calm your nervous system, and reconnect you with your center. Mari masterfully weaves together rhythmic backing tracks with crystal singing bowls and gong, shamanic drums and rattles, Tibetan singing bowls, water sounds, bells, chimes, and other percussive instruments to create a deeply layered and transportive healing journey. Together, we will move through the seven chakras, the energetic centers that run from the root of the spine to the crown of the head, calling each into harmony and balance through vibration and frequency. As the sound travels through the body, we become conduits of light… connecting the energy of the Earth below us with the Sky above us, ultimately returning home to the heart center, the place of balance, healing, compassion, and truth.
