Fearless Flow - Yoga for Youth

Service Description

Fearless Flow is a dynamic and empowering yoga class designed just for youth. Through playful movement, intentional breath, and simple mindfulness practices, students will build strength, confidence, and inner calm. This class creates a supportive space where kids and teens can explore who they are, move without judgment, and learn tools to navigate stress both on and off the mat. Ages 10-18 Every Wednesday 4:00 pm - 4:50 pm This class is a community-based class and is offered by Joshua Tree Yoga Studio & Spa. Feel free to drop off your youth, or roll out your own mat and join them Come as you are - leave feeling strong, centered, and fearless.
