As we move into a new solar season, join Sarah + Punky for a magical evening of ritual, storytelling, soft vinyasa, and seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom designed to help you release what no longer serves and consciously cultivate the life you wish to grow. Together we’ll honor the transition between seasons through grounding movement, nourishing long holds, breath, reflection, and sacred intention setting with Moon Mother Huron Water, tending the inner fire without burnout and creating balance where there is imbalance.
