Powerful Intentions 💫 is a Hatha Vinyasa yoga flow class. Focusing on balance between the feminine and masculine, sun and moon, the Yin and Yang. The asanas will be taught, while simultaneously tuning into the energetic body, the highest aspect of self. Wherever your intention goes, your energy grows. ✨
