Led by Mackenzie Totten, this dynamic, fluid flow is paired with a live sound journey by Sol Rah Spirit, featuring rhythmic drums, resonant gongs, and soulful vocals. Set in a heated, intentionally curated space, the experience invites deep release, heightened awareness, and full-body activation, blending movement, sound, and energy into one immersive ritual.
