This Summer Solstice, Joshua Tree Yoga Studio invites you to gather beside the waters of Lake Huron for a soulful weekend retreat designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and realign beneath the longest light of the year. 🌞🌊 Set within an intimate private lake house setting, this immersive wellness experience blends movement, restoration, nature, community, and meaningful connection into one unforgettable Michigan summer weekend. Throughout the retreat, guests will experience: ✨ Yoga & mindful movement ✨ Sound healing & breathwork ✨ Reiki-infused restorative sessions ✨ Sunrise Surya Kriya & meditation ✨ Optional wellness workshops & breakout sessions ✨ Spacious lake time & moments to simply exhale ✨ Nourishing meals & soulful community connection The retreat begins Friday evening with a gentle lakeside flow and intention gathering, expands Saturday through movement, restoration, workshops, and reflection, and closes Sunday morning with a sunrise solstice practice and sacred integration circle.
