Over the course of one hour, you’ll be guided into a state of relaxation as layered tones and gentle vibrations support rest, nervous system regulation, and inner balance. This immersive experience offers space to release the week, reset your energy, and return to yourself. This event will include a brief meditation to begin and end the sound experience.
